Main focus: Support and development of business executives, monitoring the development of production processes, monitoring of team processes, personality development, coaching There is no such thing as "It won't work". It is simply a question of "Is it worth the effort?" I have asked myself that question on many occasions and I have always come up with a good answer, although not necessarily straight away - if I had been clear about my goals, the WHY? The love I have for my daughters Natalie and Katharina gives me all the strength and support I need to make important decisions time after time. I took my first IT training session in 1988 when I stood in for a trainer who had suddenly fallen ill. Before this I had only been an assistant to the sales and marketing management team but intuitively found a level of language that the course participants could understand. To this day, I still use everyday pictures to explain more complex issues. After five years as a freelance trainer I formed K&T EDV-Schulungen in 1994. With the help of specific training courses, I have grown and developed as a person and as a trainer. I am always conscious of the fact that being the trainer does not make me any more intelligent or educated than the course participants. I simply have a better understanding of and more up-to-date information on my area of specialisation. In 1996 I formed K&T Akademie GmbH. I have continued to expand my trainer profile in areas such as communication and personality development. To complete my profile I have further training in systemic corporate development (certified) and systemic coaching (certified) with WIBK, Paderborn, according to the guidelines of German society for systemic corporate development (DGSOB). One of my biggest passions is the study of production processes and to give my work in this area an added dimension, I am currently undergoing Kaizen training at the Institut Bad Homburg. My ability to adapt and work successfully in many different areas combined with the integration of new business partners into K&T means that the company is continually having to develop how it presents itself. The K&T team makes use of strong (business) roots grown over 23 years to successfully combine tradition with innovation. My motto: There is a space between attraction and reaction. It is my responsibility to use this space wisely. |
