§ 1 General provisions and scope of application
(1) General Terms and Conditions of K&T Kaufhold & Team GmbH and its partners (2) The following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. We shall not accept customers' terms and conditions which conflict with or differ from our General Terms and Conditions unless we have given explicit written consent. |

§ 2 Registration Registration to all seminars shall be made in writing. The participants' personal data will be processed electronically for internal purposes only. |
§ 3 Booking confirmation Your reservation will be confirmed by K&T. If requested, we will also send confirmation of your hotel booking and detailed directions with your confirmation of participation. |

§ 4 Cancellation of training/consultancy sessions (1) Cancellation of open training sessions Should you need to cancel your reservation you can do so without penalty up to 4 weeks prior to the training session. Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before the training session will incur a charge of 50% of the full training fee. A later cancellation will incur payment of the full fee. If the customer nominates a substitute delegate no cancellation fee is payable. (2) Cancellation of in-house training/consultation Should you need to cancel your reservation you can do so without penalty up to 8 weeks prior to the training session. Cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before the training session will incur a charge of 50% of the full training fee. A later cancellation will incur payment of the full fee. However, if both sides agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, no cancellation fee is payable. |

§ 5 Hotel bookings K&T can, on request, book hotel rooms for training course participants. |

§ 6 Fees and payment Payment must be received in full prior to commencement of the training courses or within 3 days from the date of invoice. All fees stated are subject to VAT. |

§ 7 Limitation of liability Participation at our events is entirely at your own risk. K&T is only liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In the event of a training/consultancy session being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness of the trainer, low delegate numbers (only applicable to open training courses) or force majeure the delegates are not entitled to the enforcement of the training/consultancy. In these circumstances, neither K&T Kaufhold & Team GmbH nor its partners are liable to pay any compensation for any travel and subsistence costs incurred, nor for any loss of earnings. Further recourses are also excluded. Course fees already paid will be refunded immediately in full or can be used for payment of a rescheduled training course. |

§ 8 Copyrights Without the express written permission of K&T Kaufhold & Team GmbH and its partners, no part of the training handouts or documentation supplied at a later stage may be reproduced in any form. |

§ 9 Miscellaneous Should any individual provision hereof be or become void, illegal or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions hereof shall in no way be affected. In such circumstances, the customer shall be liable to agree provisions similar in economic terms and their intention to the unenforceable clause. These changes or additions shall be made in writing. |

§ 10 Applicable law In case the customer is a business person, legal entity under public law or special property under public law or does not have a general place of jurisdiction in the Federal Republic of Germany, then the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship shall be the relevant K&T site. Irrespective of the aforesaid, K&T reserves the right to sue the customer at any other permissible place of jurisdiction. |
